Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items and accessories may also be non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement.
