Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, contact us at support@gymclub.co.in or call +91 99199 15565 with your order number.

3. Refund After Cancellation

If you cancel before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

4. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation must be requested before dispatch. Repeated COD refusals may result in COD privileges being revoked.

5. Cancellation by Gym Club

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
